Our Service assistant verifies with the customer the site where the product will be installed, make appointment and prepare delivery.

Installation & commissioning

Assembly of the products on site is done with great care on the site by technicians who also performed all the functionning tests.

Training

Extensive information and training are provided to the users to help them understanding how to best use the products and work in total safe conditions.

Reporting

A commissionning report is established on the site listing all the operations being performed including the functioning tests and is remitted right away to the customer.

Inspection

Equiped with state of the art testing equipment, our Service technicians verify all the saffety aspects of the products according to the safety standards.
